This class combines our popular Yin yoga with 10-15 minute meditation sessions at the beginning and the end of the Yin practice. During the meditation segments, the teacher will guide you towards focusing your attention and mind, noticing but not engaging with thoughts and developing the practical skills to invite calmness, clarity and power into your life. You will become mindful of your thoughts, feelings and sensations and observe them in a nonjudgmental way. The class will allow you to unwind your mind and emerge relaxed and refreshed.
