Yoga Sculpt is the latest hot trend from the U.S., a unique fusion of power yoga, strength training and cardio, designed to create a full-body workout, i.e., a yoga session and a HIIT class rolled into one. Combining traditional, but high energy yoga flow postures with cardio bursts and hand weights, this low-impact, high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted. Build your strength, endurance and mobility to assist you in your yoga practise, whilst sculpting and fine tuning your body.

This cardio-based class will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, while the combination with slow-flow stretches is designed to relieve any tension. You will likely build muscle, sweat more and burn more calories during Yoga Sculpt than in your typical yoga class. Add it to your yoga or fitness schedule once or twice a week to challenge yourself physically through this combo of strength work and cardio. Set to upbeat music, it is going to be a fun class. Open to all levels. Dumbbells recommended at 2.5 kg for women and 4 kg for men to start with. Those can be swapped for heavier weights as you progress through the course.
