Conleth is delighted to be part of the Yorebels team. Originally from Northern Ireland, Conleth moved to London in 2003 to study Musical Theatre at the prestigious Arts Educational Schools in Chiswick, obtaining a BA Hons Degree. After graduating, Conleth went on to have a 12-year TV and theatre career, appearing in musicals in London’s West End and all over the UK, as well as featuring in BBC One’s ‘Casualty’ for almost 4 months.  

Conleth took his first ever Bikram yoga class in July 2007 and has been hooked ever since. During the pandemic, Conleth found Bikram Yoga to be his ‘saviour’. He felt a real urge to learn something new and gained the courage to extend his professional life into his second passion, Bikram Yoga, and eventually graduated from teacher training in 2022. Conleth cannot wait to support, encourage and help others in their yoga journey at Yorebels and BYL’s London studios. Conleth’s classes are upbeat, fun and driven by positivity, energy and passion.
