Beth believes that to be a true Yorebel means to walk your path and live it to its fullest! She comes from the world of luxury fashion, where upon graduating from university she worked in sourcing, branding and production then made a major change in her life. In 2011, after taking her first Bikram yoga class and felt an amazing spark of something new, Beth decided to swap luxury rags for sweaty shorts to become a yoga teacher and haven’t looked back since. She is qualified in a variety of different yoga styles, including Bikram yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Therapy and has passed a number of anatomy courses, all totalling over 1500 hours of specialised training which she bring to her classes at Yorebels.
Bikram yoga was Beth’s foundation and springboard into delving into different styles of yoga where she realised the magnitude of what yoga truly is – a physical, spiritual and ethical practice. In addition to teaching various yoga styles, Beth creates bespoke yoga sequences to cater to various injuries, age groups, medical conditions and body types.
