Bernardo Caimoy

Know More about Caimoy

Born in Manila, Philippines, he initially trained as a gymnast in his youth and later moved to Singapore in 2008 where he got his first stint leading group fitness classes. His extraordinary flexibility stood out to the gym’s owner, and she sent him for Yoga Teacher Training. Before that, he used to feel more prone to injuries and burnout after high-impact classes, but adding yoga to his class repertoire made him much more efficient in handling the physical and mental rigours of the fitness industry. Moving to London in 2019, Bernardo trained and taught at the iconic Bikram Yoga London studios where his outsized personality enabled him to build a dedicated following, with many of his clients now able to also enjoy classes on the Yorebels platform.

Outside his passion for fitness, Bernardo is an avid music fan and performed as a lead singer of a band in the Philippines. He has also done some print modelling for brands like Sony and Clearasil. He enjoys travelling and lives with his two adorable dogs, Cucu and Petunia in Edinburgh, Scotland.
