In the right hands, music and yoga are a powerful, beautiful match! One warm May evening, we decided to play a groovy soundtrack in a Bikram yoga class at our London studios, and wow, what a hit it turned out to be! Due to popular demand, Music Beats Express has become a hot fixture on our schedule.
The class, performed to a funky, hot groove, is designed for ALL levels, Beginners to Advanced. During the session work out every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland while systematically moving oxygenated blood to every cell of the body.
Finish each class feeling rejuvenated and energised. Bikram Yoga builds strength, flexibility, grace, balance, and endurance, ultimately promoting the creation of a lean and healthy body inside out. At the same time, it has positive effects on mental well-being, making you more productive, focused and balanced, resulting in an eventual union of the body, mind and spirit.
