Bikram Yoga for the Busy Yogi.

The Express class is the 60-minute version of the original 90-minute Bikram Yoga class, except that with Express, some postures have one set instead of two. Some refer to this as is Bikram Yoga ‘lite’, but while shorter than the original series, this 60-minute sequence represents a wonderful, fast-paced 60-minute challenge with all of the postures contained in the original. Bikram Yoga Express is a perfect way to get a powerful yet calming Bikram Yoga fix to meet even the tightest big city schedules.

While not requirement, some newbies may want to commence their practise with a few classes of the 90-minute Bikram Yoga series before attending their first Express class, as the 90-minute version runs through two sets of every posture, allowing new yogis little more more time to learn each posture.
