This time each January, we’re normally announcing the opening of our sign-up window for the BYL Winter 30 Day Challenge. Based on 11 years of holding the BYL Challenge, we know how powerful and transformative 30 days has been for so many of our participants.
This year, we’ve decided to make a significant change, in recognition of a Winter that sees the final throes of the pandemic give way to the prospect of Spring, with the world taking its first steps towards recovery.

New Private Facebook BYL Members Forum
As an exciting new addition to our support structure, you’ll have a chance to benefit from support, experience and encouragement from other participants on our Private Facebook BYL Members Forum open to all BYL members (not just those on the BYL Reboot Challenge) who attend our in-studio or online classes. PRE-SPRING REBOOT CHALLENGE
COMMENCES 1 FEBRUARY!
Sign up to the BYL 2021 Pre-Spring Reboot Challenge! Starting 1 February, attend at least one class a day on BYL Live through 28 February. Just one class. Every day, for 28 days.
As a rule, you’ll need to practice at least 3 classes of each of the following styles we regularly offer on our livestream: Bikram Yoga, BYL Express, Hot Power Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Inferno Pilates (HIIT), and Yin Yoga & Meditation. This is a holistic experience designed to transform body and mind.
As difficult as 2020 has been for so many, there were those who found new resolve and even life-transforming success in the face of adversity. We want this to be our goal for every member of the BYL community in 2021. The 2021 Pre-Spring Reboot Challenge is designed as a clean break from old habits and mindsets, into a better future of health, fitness and a sense of wellbeing.
Do I need a special pass to participate?
There is no special pass required for participation in the challenge. Book in with any BYL pass that gives you access to our interactive livestream platform.

1. Email us now to confirm your spot to commence 1 February, and we’ll reply to invite you into the Private Facebook Group we’ve set up for all participants.

2. Book your classes as you normally do. Remember though, you’ll need to complete at least 3 sessions from each of the following styles: Bikram Yoga, BYL Express, Hot Power Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Inferno Pilates (HIIT), and Yin Yoga & Meditation.
3. Once you’ve completed the BYL 2021 Pre-Spring Reboot Challenge, be sure to share your success story on the BYL Members Forum!

Open to all BYL members with any active pass (even those not joining on the Reboot Challenge)
We’re emerging through unprecedented times, and for many, their sense of physical and emotional wellness may well have fallen off a cliff following a year unlike any other. Many of us could use a stronger sense of connection with others to help us achieve our fitness and wellness goals.
Our special BYL Members Forum, a free private Facebook Group for all BYL members, is designed to help you reach out to other members of our community so you can find inspiration to truly change your life and achieve your transformation. The Forum is open to all BYL members (it doesn’t matter what pass you have).
Seek inspiration, post questions, ask for advice, and share the benefits of your own experience to help others reach towards their own goals. With your involvement, it is our aspiration that the BYL Members Forum will become a strong community of participants.
Remember, whether or not you’re joining the Pre-Spring Reboot Challenge, you can still sign up to the BYL Members Forum and benefit and contribute to the support of a community of members.
